I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My dad was in Cypress Pointe Rehabilitation Center. We weren't too impressed with a lot of things but the physical therapy that my dad got while he was there was excellent. But apparently, dad fell a lot while he was there, he fell out of bed, and they didn't do a whole lot to prevent him from falling out of the bed. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Please know that there are better places than this one. The director of the facility is vile and ignorant. The facility is understaffed so there is a lack of care. Very few activities to keep the residents engaged and happy. They need to work on the overall “mood” of this facility.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My wife was at Cypress Pointe Rehabilitation Center and it was one of the worst experiences we ever had. She had trouble with her legs not cooperating but they gave up on that, and that was the only thing they had to do for her. I was in there every single day, I never saw them do one thing to any patient. They had patients in there that didn't know where they were. There were 2 members of the staff that were very good.
