I had a great experience at Moxie Salon in Brentwood. Ari was my stylist and she truly did an amazing job. I came in with damaged hair from bad extensions, and she took the time to assess everything carefully and create a plan to get my hair healthy again. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this Salon! After losing my hair and needing wigs, they were the only salon that were willing to help me. Originally the stylist I needed wasn’t in the salon at the moment when I called but they took my info and promised a callback when she returned. I’ve been told that before with previous salons but never heard back so it was a huge surprise to me when I got a call saying she was back and would love to make an appointment! I had a really great experience at this salon. Ariel did my hair so beautifully, and I truly love how it turned out. She was very kind, professional, and talented. The other staff members were also very welcoming and friendly, which made the experience even better. The service was wonderful! Me and my friend wanted new looks (both wanting a new hair color) and thought this place would be perfect. Although we thought we came a bit late, the stylist, my friend talked to was kind to ensure us we weren’t troubling them. I do not remember my stylist name but I went in for a hair boto treatment and I really liked it after the service and I was told not to wash my hair for 8 hours which I strictly followed. I washed my hair after a week. I was told my hair would stay smooth and straight for at least 6-8 months but my hair went back to frizz and curly right after first hair wash. Note : I even used the suggested shampoo.
