January 2025, Mom went from being completely independent to almost completely dependent, thanks to Guillain Barre syndrome and a truckload of other serious issues that followed. We chose to put her hat PCNRC, due to it being so close to my home. What a great decision! Such a friendly, professional staff, amazing occupational and physical therapists, and hard-working and friendly nurses taking wonderful care of her 24/7. Very professional staff. My wife has been in many rehab centers over the past three years Palm City is the only rehab facility that works with her all day to reach her long term goals of her mobility. Hurray to all staff in doing a fantastic job they are our hero’s 👏👏👏👏

I feel very comfortable here at Palm City Nursing and Rehab. I get assistance with everything. I love the activities. Bible study and church services are also great. Those who work with me here are very good at what they do.

I came to Palm City Rehab, to recover from a badly fractured ankle. I found the PT and OT departments extremely professional, very well educated, helpful, and patient. They have helped regain my independence. I am very thankful.

As a resident at Palm City Nursing and Rehab, I can say they have a great, caring staff. They always help the residents. There is always a cna or nurse to help you. Activities are very entertaining, they go above and beyond and are always making everyone laugh!
